Taken from the catacombs of Rome in the 17th century, the relics of 12 martyred saints were then attired in the regalia of the period before being interred in a remote church oon the German/Czech border.

( this picture was published several times, but I saw it today (2headedsnake +) and I am so much impressed that I could not not to publish them again, amazing pictures! )
